CAN I RENT OR RENT TO OWN?
Jones Estates wants to give residents a chance to own their home! We only Lease to own on new trailers. Used trailers must be purchased in full once you have completed the application process.
DOES THE TRAILER HAVE TO STAY IN THE PARK?
Once you purchase a trailer, you must sign a lease. The trailer cannot be moved until the lease is up and/ or the trailer is paid in full. We want the trailers to stay in the park!
WHAT DO YOU LOOK FOR IN THE BACKGROUND AND CREDIT CHECKS?
We look for any felonies, sexual offenders, or evictions in the past 7 years. Those will affect your chances of being approved. On your credit, we look for utility bills, car repossessions and credit cards.
WHAT TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT CAN I PROVIDE FOR INCOME VERIFICATION?
You must provide your 2 most recent paystubs. If you're self employed, you must provide your most recent tax return. If you're on social security, please provide your reward letter. Unemployment or gigs (such as Uber, Lyft or door dash) does not count as income.
